  1. Get 250 gms Tinde - (cut into desired shape)
  2. Make ready 1 tsp Jeera -
  3. Prepare 1/4 tsp Hing -
  4. Take to taste Salt
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp Red mirchi powder -
  6. Take 1/2 tsp Dhandia powder -
  7. Take 1/2 tsp Haldi -
  8. Get 1 tsp Oil -
  9. Make ready 1 tbsp Malai - (fresh cream)
  10. Take as needed Coriander leaves to garnish
Instructions to make Phool tinda:
  1. Heat oil put jeera and hing.
  2. Add tinde and mix well.
  3. Add all dry masalas and mix well.
  4. Add malai and mix and cook for a min.
  5. Add little water (1 cup) mix it and cook for 2 whistles.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with roti/rice.
