The ingredients needed to make Tinde ki sabzi:
  1. Take 250 gm tinday
  2. Take 2 Onion chopped
  3. Make ready 2 Tomato chopped
  4. Get 1 tsp Ginger
  5. Take 4-5 Garlic
  6. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Get To taste salt
  9. Get 2-3 cup Water
  10. Take 1 tsp Garam masala

Instructions to make Tinde ki sabzi:
  1. In a pressure cooker,heat oil and chopped ginger and garlic. Fry for a minute on medium flam
  2. To the cooker, add chopped onion when onion turn light pink and became add chopped tomatoes. Mix well. Cook for few minutes.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder,garam masala,salt mix well.
  4. Add chopped tinde in the cooker. Stir.
  5. Pour water for gravy as desired by you.cover the cooker with it's lid and keep on high till first whistle. After first whistle lower the flame and cook till 3 to 4 whistle.
  6. Remove from gas and let the pressure settle itself.
  7. Granish with coriander leaves. Serve it.
