The ingredients needed to make Tinde ki sabji:
  1. Get 100 gms tinday
  2. Take 1 onion chopped
  3. Make ready 1 tomato chopped
  4. Get 1 tsp ginger
  5. Take 5 garlic pods
  6. Make ready 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  7. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Get to taste Salt
  9. Get 3 cups water
  10. Take 2 tsp garam masala
  11. Take Some Coriander leaves
Instructions to make Tinde ki sabji:
  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
  2. Add Chopped ginger and garlic.
  3. Fry for a minute on a medium flame.
  4. Add chopped onion to the cooker.
  5. When onion turn light pink,add chopped tomatoes.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Cook for few minutes.
  8. Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala.
  9. Mix salt well.
  10. Add chopped tinde in the cooker.
  11. Stir.
  12. Pour water for gravy as desired by you.
  13. Cover the cooker with it's lid.
  14. Keep on high till first whistle.
  15. After first whistle,lower the flame.
  16. Cook till 3-4 whistle and serve.
