  2. Take 150 gms paneer

  8. Take 1 tsp turmeric powder

  12. Get 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  13. Make ready 1 tsp sugar

  16. Take as required fresh coriander leaves and fresh cream
Instructions to make Stuffed Tinde:
  1. Wash and peel Tinde give slit in cross.
  2. For stuffing mash paneer add salt black pepper and coriander leaves stuff all tinda.
  3. For gravy in a pan heat 1 tbsp oil add cumin seeds add onion paste saute till light brown add ginger garlic paste saute for 2 minutes add dry masalas turmeric powder red chilli powder coriander powder and stir well now add tomato puree and salt to taste 1 tsp sugar and it will give nice colour and texture to it add garam masala leave it on low flame.
  4. Another side in a pan take little oil and saute stuffed Tinde till get marks of golden brown.
  5. Shift these Tindas into gravy stir it and keep it on low flame for 10 minutes by covering it so Tindas get well mixed with gravy take out in a serving dish and garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves.
