The ingredients needed to make Tinde sabji:
  1. Take 250 gm Tinde /apple gourd
  2. Get 2 onions chopped
  3. Prepare 2 tomatoes chopped
  4. Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. Prepare To taste salt
  6. Get As needed water
  7. Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Take 1/2 tsp garam masala
Steps to make Tinde sabji:
  1. In a pressure cooker,heat oil and chopped ginger and garlic. Fry for a minute on medium flam.
  2. To the cooker, add chopped onion when onion turn light pink and became add chopped tomatoes. Mix well. Cook for few minutes.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder,garam masala,salt mix well.
  4. Add chopped tinde in the cooker. Stir.
  5. Pour water for gravy as desired by you.cover the cooker with it's lid and keep on high till first whistle. After first whistle lower the flame and cook till 3 to 4 whistle.
  6. Remove from gas and let the pressure settle itself.
