The ingredients needed to make Tinde ki sabji:
  1. Prepare 250 gm tinde( apple gourd)
  2. Get 2 onion chopped
  3. Make ready 2 tomato chopped
  4. Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. Take to taste salt
  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala
  9. Take As needed water
  10. Get 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Instructions to make Tinde ki sabji:
  1. In a pressure cooker, heat oil cumin seeds and ginger,garlic paste. Fry for a minute on medium flame.
  2. Add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and garam masala mix well.
  3. To tha cooker add onion,tomato paste and mix well. Cook for few minutes.
  4. Add chopped tinde in the cooker. Stir.
  5. Pour water for gravy as desired by you. Cover the cooker with it's lid and keep on high till first whistle. After first whistle lower the flame and cook till 2 whistle.
  6. Serve hot.
