First peel all the apple gourds and cut them into halves.add in pressure cooker along with required water and cook for 2 -3 whistles.let the pressure release by itself.after that strain and keep aside.
Now heat a pan with oil, add cumin seeds,allow them to crackle then add minced garlic and stir till nice golden.add ginger stir add chopped tomatoes, green chill and salt, stir and cover it for few minutes until tomatoes gets soft.keep the flame low to medium.
Now add all spices - turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder mix well.add boiled apple gourds, mix until well coated with masala and then mash with masher.
Cook for 4 -5 minutes until oil leaves from sides.add kasoori methi,garam masala and fresh coriander, mix well and switch off the flame.
