First of all we will marinate the chicken with Kashmiri red chili powder, Turmeric powder, Cumin powder, Coriander powder, Curd and Mustard oil.
And now we will head toward the biryani rice for the biryani rice we will add cinnamon, cardmom, cloves, bayleafes, big cardmom, star anise and some oil.
Now we will fry the chicken remember we will only fry the chicken not the excess gravy we will keep the gravy for later use. We will pour some oil in the container which you are using and then start putting the chicken in the oil.
Stir the chicken very well till it cooks and becomes tender.
Once the chicken is well cooked it will look like this
Now take out the chicken on a plate leave the gravy which was released by the chicken. And now pour the gravy which you have saved for later use.
Now stir the gravy until the raw smell goes after that smell goes take down the gravy in a bowl
Now take new container in this new container we will layer the biryani. First of all we will pour some gravy in the container and then we will a layer of boiled basmati rice and then then some chicken pieces and the we will add some fried birista and some gravy after that again layer with rice and put some chicken pieces and put some coriander and green chillies and birista. After that last layer of rice and all gravy and then the leftovers coriander green chillies and birista. Layering complete
And the keep a lid and on a low flame cook it for 30 minutes.
And serve it hot with raita or salad
