The ingredients needed to make Chicken tikka:
  1. Take 750 gm Boneless Chicken
  2. Prepare 250 gm hung curd
  3. Prepare 5 tablespoon Mustard oil
  4. Make ready 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  5. Make ready as per taste Salt
  6. Take 1 tablespoon kashmiri chilli powder
  7. Prepare 1 teaspoon degi chili powder
  8. Make ready 1 tablespoon Garam masala powder

  10. Take 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  11. Take 1 pinch Kasoori methi
  12. Get 2 tablespoon Roasted besan
  13. Take 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  14. Take 1 pinch Black salt
  15. Get For basting:
  16. Take 3 tablespoon melted butter
Steps to make Chicken tikka:
  1. Waah chicken and cut into approximately 2 inches pieces.
  2. In a bowl combine Hung curd, mustard oil, ginger garlic paste, salt and all other ingredients.(Except melted butter)
  3. With the help of spoon mix it properly. Now add chicken pieces into the marination and keep aside for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Once the marination is done arrange these chicken pieces on skewers and cook on barbecue for about 20 minutes or until done. While cooking apply some melted butter so that the tikka don't get dry.
  5. Once done take out from skewers and serve hot with mint chutney and laccha onion.
  6. Note: if you don't have barbecue, cook the tikka on frying pan. Once done light up one piece of charcoal place it between tikka pour some melted ghee on charcoal and cover it with a bowl so that the tikka is flavoured with charcoal smoke.
