  7. Take 1 _2 tbsp tandori masala/paprika powder
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  9. Make ready 2 tbsp lemon juice
  10. Make ready Coal for dum (smoke)
Steps to make Chicken tiqqa Masala:
  1. Mix tiqqa masala 3_4tbsp in dahi with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and tandori or paprika or degi mirch
  2. Merinate chicken in dahi over night best or for 6_8hrs
  3. Heat oil and put onions and cook to nice brown like for qorma. Take them out and use I cup of it crush it and mix in chicken mixture. I always keep brown onions at home.
  4. Use same oil magar kam kar lein. Add green illichi and heat it.
  5. Now put Marinated chicken in hot oil and cook on medium high heat, Bhun lein achi tarha for 10mins till oil comes
  6. Add 2cups hot water spoon se achi tarha mix karen, then cook on low heat covered till chicken is tender.
  7. Keep gravy as you like it should be thick. Then heat a coal to red hot and place it on bread piece or foil in center of pot and pour ghee on it and lose lid.
  8. Serve with Naan,
