  1. Marinate chicken over night or at least for 3_4 hrs for best results.
  2. Shallow fry Marinated chicken or bake until dry and take out in plate, now make gravy.
  3. Heat a karhai (wok) add some butter and oil, add ginger garlic paste and fry for few sec than add tomato puree, red chilli powder, salt, tandori masala and milk Cook till oil comes up and tomato rawness goes off.If required add little water.
  4. Now add fried chicken and bhunai karen, add cream, garam masala, green chillies, qasuri methi, and give coal dum and cover.
  5. Make gravy as thick as you like,or dry.
