  6. Prepare Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 1 Cup Pani (Water) 3 Cups
  7. Take Cooking oil 2 tbs Curry pata (Curry leaves) 10-12
  8. Make ready Pani (Water) 1 & ½ Cups or as required Namak (Salt) 1 & 1/2
  9. Prepare Chicken Curry:
  10. Get 3/4 Cup Cooking oil
  11. Make ready Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium Chicken boneless cubes 600 gms
  12. Take 1 tbs Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste)
  13. Get 1 tbs Dhania powder (Coriander powder)
  14. Get Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  15. Prepare Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
  16. Take 1/2 tsp Haldee powder (Turmeric powder)
  17. Take Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 tbs Tamatar sliced 2
  18. Take Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 3 tbs Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  19. Prepare Boil Spaghetti:
  20. Make ready Pani (Water) as required
  21. Prepare Namak (Salt) 1 tbs Kolson Spaghetti 450 gms
  22. Prepare Assembling
  23. Take Boiled spaghetti Baisan curry
  24. Get Cooked chicken Lehsan (Garlic) fried
  25. Make ready Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Pyaz (Onion) fried
  26. Make ready Chips & Chaat masala
Steps to make Chicken khawsay:
  1. Baisan Curry: - - In grinder,add ginger,garlic,curry leaves,green chilies,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,yogurt,coconut milk powder,gram flour and water,blend until well combined & set aside.
  2. In pot,add cooking oil,curry leaves and mix. - - Add grinded gram flour mixture and water,mix well & bring it to boil. - - Cover partially and cook on low flame until thickens (45-50 minutes) and keep mixing in between. - - Add salt,mix well & set aside.
  3. Chicken Curry: - - In pot,add cooking oil,onion and sauté until translucent. - - Add chicken boneless cubes and mix well until changes colour. - - Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  4. Add coriander powder,cumin seeds,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and mix well for 2 minutes. - - Add green chilli and tomatoes,mix well and cook until tomatoes are soft (approx. 4-5 minutes).
  5. Add yogurt and mix well. - - Add garam masala powder and mix well,cover partially and cook on low flame until oil separates (15 minutes) & set aside.
  6. In pot,add water,salt and mix,bring it to boil,add koslon spaghetti and boil uncovered for 12-15 minutes the strain & rinse with tap water & set aside.
  7. Assembling: - - On serving dish,add boiled spaghetti,baisan curry,cooked chicken,fried garlic,fresh coriander,fried onion,red chilli crushed,lemon juice, chips& serve!
