The ingredients needed to make Mango cake:
  1. Take For base
  2. Prepare 1+1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  3. Take 1 cup mangoes chopped
  4. Take 1/2 cup sugar
  5. Prepare 1/4 cup oil
  6. Take 1 tsp vinegar
  7. Prepare 1 tsp mango essence
  8. Get Pinch yellow food color
  9. Prepare 1 tsp baking powder
  10. Make ready 1/4 baking soda

  14. Prepare 2 cup wipped cream
  15. Take 1/4 cup mango crush
  16. Prepare Pinch yellow food color
  17. Get 1/4 tsp mango essence
  18. Prepare as per required Some golden and silver sprinkles balls
Steps to make Mango cake:
  1. Firstly, in a blender take mango and  sugar.blend to smooth puree dissolving sugar completely.
  2. Transfer the mango puree into large bowl.
  3. Add oil,vinegar and yellow food colour and mango essence.
  4. Using a whisk, mix well making sure everything is well combined.
  5. Now place a sieve and add  maida,baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  6. Sieve the flour making sure there are no lumps,mix well using cut and fold method.
  7. Now add milk and mix until the batter is combined well.
  8. To prepare cake in a kadhi add of salt and close the lid, heat for 5 to 10 minutes. as a result, gives a preheat oven atmosphere.
  9. Now transfer the cake batter to a cake mould and also tap twice to level up uniformly and remove any air bubbles if present.
  10. Place the cake pan into preheated kadhi.
  11. Cover with lid and cook on a medium flame for 45 minutes.
  12. Insert a toothpick and check if the cake has baked completely.
  13. Cool the cake and then unmould the mango cake. And cut in three layers.
  14. Place the first sliced cake layer on a platter and spread with wipped cream and mango crush. On the second cake layer, spread whipped cream and than mango crush place on the first layer so the cream and Repeat with remaining layers then cover top and sides with remaining whippedcream. Pipe reserved wipped cream around the top border of your cake.
  15. Pipe a star design all around the top and side of your cake. Add a fun touch by placing some mango crush on half top.
  16. Finally finished with some golden and silver balls.
  17. Transfer the eggless mango cake to the refrigerator and chill for about 2 hours and enjoy.
