  1. Schezwan Fried Rice: Firstly, heat oil and saute onion - add stir fry carrot, capsicum,peas - further, add schezwan sauce & ginger paste. - mix well and then cooked rice. - also add salt - finally, mix the rice gently and serve schezwan fried rice.
  2. Tomato soup: Firstly heat ghee add Cummin seeds,cloves, cinnamon,star anise, once turns brown and aromat add pinch of hing,quickly add tomato puree, then add sugar & salt as per taste
  3. Yougurt salad :In a small bowl take 1 cup fresh dahi (curd or yogurt). - With a wired whisk, whip till smooth. - Now finely chopped onions,capsicum & carrot - Add salt and red chilli powder - Serve as side dish with Schezwan Fried Rice
