Take For Eggs Mixture:-
Prepare 3 Eggs
Get 2 tbsp oil or butter
Take 1 Green capsicum chopped
Get 1 large Onion chopped
Take 1 Tomato chopped
Take 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Take 1 green chilli chopped
Get 1/4 tsp Haldi
Get 1 tsp Coriander/Dhania powder
Make ready 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
Get 1/4 tsp garam masala
Prepare 1/2 tsp soy sauce (optional)
Get as per taste Salt
Get For making Pizzas:-
Make ready Amul butter as per required
Take 3-4 Homemade Pizza base
Make ready As required Tomato ketchup
Take as per required Grated Pizza Cheese
Get as per required Green chilli sauce
Make ready as required Black pepper powder for sprinkling
Make ready As needed- Mixed herbs for sprinkling
Steps to make Egg Pizza (without oven):
In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar and dry yeast and cover for 5 to 10 minutes. After a while the mixture will foam.
Now take a large bowl, add flour, salt and oil in it. Then add yeast foamy mixture. Add a little warm water as required and knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes.
Apply a little oil all over dough and place it in a bowl. Cover the bowl and leave to ferment for about 1 to 2 hours in a warm place.
Once fermented, knead the dough well by hand. Divide into 4 or 5 equal parts. Sprinkle dry flour and roll into thick, same like you roll to make chapati/roti.
Prick each circle evenly using a fork, so that it will not puff. Spread 1/4 tsp oil or butter in pan. Put base in the hot pan. You can also put grease butter paper in the tawa and then cook the pizza base on it.
Cover the pan and cook the pizza base over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Check it. If cooked, then with a spatula flip to the other side and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
If baking in the oven, bake for about 5 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C. - Cool all pizza base. You can keep base for 2 day by wrapping in silver foil, if not required immediately.
For Egg Mixture:- - Heat a pan over medium heat and once it’s hot, add oil and ginger-garlic paste. Saute for few seconds.
Add onion and green chili. Saute onions until they become translucent in color. - Add capsicum and mix well. Then add tomato and mix well. Saute for few seconds.
Now add all spices like red chilli powder, haldi, dhania powder, garam masala, salt, soy sauce and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes until tomato and capsicum soften, while stirring occasionall
Break the eggs and add into veggies. Cook for 3-4 minutes, while scrambling the eggs. Keep stirring continuously until cooked and completely dry. Switch off heat.
For making Egg Pizza:- - Take a pizza base and spread 1 Tbsp Tomato ketchup over base. Next spread 1/4 tsp or 1/2 tsp green chilli sauce as prefer. - Now spread egg mixture evenly on the pizza and spread grated cheese over egg mixture. - Further sprinkle black pepper powder and mixed herbs.
Heat 1 tsp Amul butter in a pan on medium flame. When butter melts, then keep the gas to low flame. - Transfer the pizza gently in the hot pan. - Cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on low flame until the pizza is crispy and cheese melts.
Cut Egg Pizza into slices and serve it hot.
